Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank
LPG storage tank is a pressure vessel used to store liquefied petroleum gas as the main component medium. The saturated vapor pressure of the storage medium is less than or equal to 1.63MPa at 50℃, and the solubility of H2S is less than 7.7mg/L.

Product Details
Brief Description:
LPG storage tank is a full-pressure stationary pressure vessel, with a single-layer tank structure, which is dedicated to storing liquefied petroleum gas. The tanks use low alloy steel plates, which has excellent performance, safety and reliability.
The company has established strategic partnerships with large steel groups such as SD Steel, Anyang Steel, BAOWU, and Hanye Special Steel, resulting in a relative reduction in procurement costs. More than 80% of the steel plates are made of fixed rolling steel plates, and the quality of each plate is ensured to be qualified through Level II ultrasonic testing, ensuring stable steel plate quality. The head is an integral head without splicing welds, which improves the safety performance of the product.
The liquefied petroleum gas storage tank adopts a batch production and assembly line production mode, which improves the production efficiency and quality of products through highly mechanized and automated equipment and process fixtures. The company has added equipment such as CNC cutting, CNC machining centers, CNC rolling forming equipment, and submerged arc automatic welding machines. All longitudinal and circumferential welds are automatically welded, achieving precise manufacturing of products and high-level quality control.
The company has established a stable process control system in accordance with current national regulations, specifications, standards, etc. Through continuous transformation and upgrading of new technologies and process methods, the current manufacturing process level has reached a high level in the industry. Netherland Class A design and manufacturing certificate and ASME, CE, EAC, ISO certification, also we accept BV, SGS, TUV and other third-party testing requirements.
We have over 600 advanced production machines, providing a solid foundation for product manufacturing. The manufacturing process involves more than ten steps, including cutting, head pressing, rolling, longitudinal and circumferential seam welding, assembly welding, machining, heat treatment, hydrostatic testing, sandblasting, painting, and more. Each step is staffed with skilled professionals, and further subdivided to enhance efficiency and product quality.
